Some recent guest speakers were (left to right) Chris and Claudine Close and Beth Jones of Historic Red Hook, shown here with President-elect Christine Chale. Historic Red Hook is the new combination of the Egbert Benson Historical Society and the Friends of the Elmendorph. We heard about their future plans to reach out to local organizations, such as Rotary, to partner in exhibits and events.
